BREATHTAKING NATURAL CONCERT HALL IN SAINT MICHAEL\u2019S CAVE IN GIBRALTAR<\/strong><\/b>
\nMAY 18, 2022<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”20px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1633355207016{padding-top: 30px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\nNatural concert halls are few and far between.\u00a0 After all, what are the odds on finding a cave underground, with enough space to set up an orchestra and install seating, a stunning backdrop, and fine acoustics to appreciate the music on offer?\u00a0 Oh, and easy access, too: nobody wants to crawl through claustrophobic tunnels twice in an evening for the sake of a concert.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what makes St Michael\u2019s Cave in Gibraltar so special.\u00a0 It\u2019s a natural auditorium, with a high ceiling, plenty of space for musicians and public, and splendid acoustic qualities to get the best out of the music.\u00a0 If we add to all that the wall of the cave behind the stage, which can be lit to create individual backdrops for each concert, it all makes for a memorable concert trip in all respects.\u00a0 The stage has been built into the cave permanently, ready for any use that people want to make of it.<\/p>\n
Of course, even with a permanent stage, a natural theatre would not be a concert hall without music stands, lighting towers, chairs for the musicians, … GUIL manufacture just about everything that musicians or technicians could require to set up a concert in a temporary venue: stage platforms and their accessories, trusses and rigging, audio and lighting towers, musician\u2019s chairs and equipment, queue barriers, …\u00a0 even that conductor\u2019s platform!<\/p>\n
