Each choir, choral group, children’s choir or polyphonic choir has its own characteristics, and at GUIL we can design the riser that best suits your needs. From a static choir to a dynamic choir (gospel type) or those choirs where the members are seated or accompanied by musicians / instruments.

We manufacture any modular riser configuration, for both indoor and outdoor use, from small configurations to wide multi-tiered platforms. The risers are comprised of high load capacity platform modules made of aluminium and 100% Finnish birch 15 mm plywood, with weather-resistant and fire-retardant treatments features that will guarantee that the structure will stand the test of time.
The dimensions of a choral performing stage vary depending on the type of set-up and the space available for its location. Our modules are fully customisable, at GUIL we can manufacture fixed height legs or adjustable legs and modules of special sizes to adapt to any size choir and any set-up space.

At GUIL we manufacture two standard module shapes to make your choral riser: rectangular (ref. GR-2) and trapezium shaped (ref. GRT-2). These two module references are fully compatible with each other so that by combining the module types you can create infinite riser configurations: straight, curved, winged, horseshoe, etc.
Tiers can be over-hung to minimise space and, thanks to their modular design, the risers can be disassembled and re-configured for use in multiple applications, adapting to the specific requirements of the choir depending on the event (available set-up space, number of singers for that performance, etc.).
In order to prevent possible transmission of noise and vibration, the contact surfaces between frame and panel are cushioned. The plywood panel is secured to the frame structure by means of strong adhesive foam, stainless steel screws and silicone, which also contribute to the overall weather resistance of the choral riser.
We offer a variety of models of plug-in legs for the risers, with fixed-length or telescopic versions, as well as safety-rails with chair-stops to protect the people standing on the back row and the ends of each row. Similarly, we manufacture connectors for the frames, meaning that the decks in each row can be connected firmly together: these connectors are included in the price of the modules. There are also connectors to connect decks in different rows, either by their frames or by their legs.
