Waterproof modular deck, certified for a load capacity of 500 kg/m2 uniformly distributed, consisting of a sturdy aluminium frame and a transparent panel (20 mm). 2 metallic connectors included: 1 x TMU-01 & 1 x TMU-02.

TM440-M/1X1 deck offers the best solution for any lightweight function which require a quick and easy set-up and dismantling, with the possibility of multiple configurations, either for permanent or temporary events (podiums, decoration, exhibitions, conferences, catwalks, etc).
Thanks to their transparent panel and aluminium frame, TM440-M/1X1 decks are the perfect option for both indoor and outdoor events, even in swimming pools!
Our TM440-M/1×1 platforms are certified for a load capacity of 500 kg/m2 with the following safety norms:
- DIN 15921:2015-09: Technical safety requirements and tests for aluminium platforms and frames for the Event Industry.
- 2001/95/CE Directive: European Parliament product safety requirements from 3rd December 2001
- DGUV Regulation 17: Stage installations and set-ups for the Event Industry
- DGUV Rule 115-002: Stage installations and set-ups for the Event Industry
- Aluminium profiles according to: EN 573-3:2009 / EN 755-2:2008
- Methacrylate panel according to: ISO 7823/1
- Reaction to fire: Clase HB according to UL94 Norm (Equivalent to Clase E of the ISO 11925-2 norm)

Our decks do not require under-panel reinforcing crossbars, as we use a 20 mm thick methacrylate panel and reinforced aluminium frame which guarantee maximum strength.
TM440-M/1X1 decks have a 20 mm thick transparent panel.
The panel is secured to the frame structure by means of aluminium rivets which prevent possible noises and vibrations.
- For outdoor use.
- Maximum durability, the physical and chemical properties remain unchanged with the passage of time.
- Compliance with ISO 7823/1 standard applicable to methacrylate sheets.

TM440-M/1×1 Deck has a heavy-duty frame made with a 94 mm special profile of high strength extruded aluminium (EN AW 6063 80-T6 Alloy) with 4 internal reinforcing nerves.
Its multifunctional continuous rail design guarantees a quick and easy platform connection, allowing easy attachment of a wide range of accessories: access stairs, safety rails, stage skirting, temporary grandstand seats etc.
The leg sockets come with a special reinforcing protective piece that has a double utility:
- It prevents frame damage and noise when the deck is placed directly on the ground (without legs)
- It prevents scratching of the deck surface when they are stacked one on top of the other for storage or transportation.
Each leg socket, made in extruded aluminium, is secured to the profiles by means of 4 bolts and self-locking hex nuts; guaranteeing maximum strength and durability.
Its sturdy aluminium profiles and leg sockets make these platforms significantly lighter than steel framed alternatives, without compromising on safety.

Telescopic legs are manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium, have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and special non-skid rubber terminals secured to the leg with two screws.
Its telescopic design offers different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.) in a quick, easy and reliable way.
The legs have an external profile with four 4mm internal nerves and an internal profile with 9 internal nerve walls.
The leg height is blocked with a double locking system. Once the desired height is achieved the leg is secured with a metallic pressure knob, then, as an added safety measure legs are blocked with an M10 nut and bolt, firmly locking the legs in position.

Ref. PTA5-D TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH LEVELLER
Telescopic legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and a leveller with M12 stainless steel rod and blocking nuts.
The leveller come with a foot pad injected with special industrial, non-marring, non-skid rubber ensuring a perfect grip to any surface and prevents damage to delicate flooring (parquet, laminate, etc.).
Its telescopic system allows different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.)
The legs have an external profile with four 4mm internal nerves and an internal profile with 9 internal nerve walls.
The leg height is blocked with a double locking system. Once the desired height is achieved the leg is secured with a metallic pressure knob, then, as an added safety measure legs are blocked with an M10 nut and bolt, firmly locking the legs in position.
Finer height adjustment is made using the stainless steel M12 leveller, which is screwed into a stainless steel receiver in the leg (not directly into the leg profile).
Ref. PTA5-P TELESCOPIC LEG WITH LOCKING PIN AND LEVELLER
Telescopic legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and are adjustable using a locking pin and leveller with M12 stainless steel rod and blocking nuts.
The leveller come with a foot pad injected with special industrial, non-marring, non-skid rubber ensuring a perfect grip to any surface and prevents damage to delicate flooring (parquet, laminate, etc.).
Its telescopic system allows different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.)
The legs have an external profile with four 4mm internal nerves and an internal profile with 9 internal nerve walls.
The leg height is blocked with a steel locking pin and metallic knob (ergonomic design), guaranteeing that the legs are locked in position at the desired height Finer height adjustment is made using the stainless steel M12 leveller, which is screwed into a stainless steel receiver in the leg (not directly into the leg profile).
Ref. PTA5-R TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH A HINGE TO MAKE AN ANGLE
Telescopic legs are manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium, have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and special non-skid rubber terminals secured to the leg with two screws.
Its special design allows you to adjust the angle of the leg for it to be used in set-ups on slopes or to make ramps. The angle is adjusted and secured according to your requirements.
Its telescopic system allows different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.)
The legs have an external profile with four 4mm internal nerves and an internal profile with 9 internal nerve walls.

Fixed height legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and four 4 mm internal nerves. The legs have a special non-skid injected rubber terminals ensuring a perfect fit to any surface.
Note: When we specify the height of the legs, the height given is of the stage: from the floor to the top surface of the platform.
Ref. PTA5-N • FIXED HEIGHT LEGS WITH LEVELLER
Fixed height legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and four 4mm internal nerves.
These legs have a leveller with M12 stainless steel rod and blocking nuts, which allows us to adjust the height by 5cm, guaranteeing durability and a perfect adjustment on slightly uneven ground.
Note: When we specify the height of the legs, the height given is of the stage: from the floor to the top surface of the platform.
The leveller come with a foot pad injected with special industrial, non-marring, non-skid rubber ensuring a perfect grip to any surface and prevents damage to delicate flooring (parquet, laminate, etc.).
Each TM440-M1X1 Deck is supplied complete with two connectors which guarantee maximum safety in your set-ups:
TMU-01 Profile connector: Quick joining system for platforms which connects the platforms by their profiles (rail). The TMU-01 connector, made with injection moulded metal with a zinc plated finish, is designed to join together platforms set up at the same height.
The profile connector and leveller are a useful component as it guarantees that the platforms are held seamlessly together and are perfectly levelled. Note: 1 connector included with each deck
TMU-02 Frame clamp connector (stainless steel): Connects decks by the underside of the frames, reinforcing the stability of the entire stage.
Note: For every 4 telescopic 70-120cm or higher legs ordered, one stainless steel leg-to-leg clamp connector Ref. TMU-04 is also included.
TMU-04 Leg-to-leg clamp connector (stainless steel): Connects platforms by two legs guaranteeing a firm platform set-up.
