Finnish birch panel of 15 mm
Heavy-duty modular deck with treatments for water and fire resistance and certified for a load capacity of 750 kg/m2 (2x1m: 1500 kg Uniformly distributed). The TM300 deck is weather resistant and is made from a sturdy extruded aluminium frame and a non-slip, 15 mm thick, birch phenolic plywood panel with sealed edges.

Interchangeable legs. Made of aluminium
Modular platform in aluminium for stages, platforms, ramps, terracing, stands, etc. Choice of 6 kinds of leg (fixed height, telescopic, with safety bolt . . .) The modular platforms are available in different finishes, shapes, colours and special sizes.
Our TM300 platforms are certified for a load capacity of 750 kg/m2 by the German external certifying company DEKRA (certificate Nº C18.048G) to comply with the following safety norms:
- DIN 15921:2015-09: Technical safety requirements and tests for aluminium platforms and frames for the Event Industry.
- 2001/95/CE Directive: European Parliament product safety requirements from 3rd December 2001
- DGUV Regulation 17: Stage installations and set-ups for the Event Industry
- DGUV Rule 115-002: Stage installations and set-ups for the Event Industry
To meet these standards a 1.95 safety factor is required. The load and safety tests for the TM300 GUIL platform were carried out with 2.925 kg.

TM300 decks have a weather resistant 15 mm thick, best quality birch plywood panel. The panel has a non-slip surface finish with a wire mesh pattern printed thanks to a hot pressing process; each layer is coated with phenolic resin, making them resistant to bad weather conditions and humidity (WBP).
The panel is treated to be water and fire resistant, as well as being treated to protect it against commonly used chemicals; features that guarantee the highest resistance and durability for both indoor and outdoor use. To make this panel even longer lasting, all its edges have been sealed with black acrylic paint and silicone to prevent water infiltration.

The plywood we use, made SOLELY from birch wood, is specially designed for those applications where high wear resistance and good non-slip properties are required. The composition and density of the plywood make our panels very compact and sturdy.
The birch panel used meets the requirements of the following standards:
– EN 13986:2004+A1:2015

– DIN 5113
Our decks are designed for situations where short periods of rain or bad weather may appear and threaten your event. Rather than having to dismantle your stage immediately, the show can go on without fear of your deck surface warping or delaminating like other stage platforms. If the bad weather persists the platforms should be dried and stored away. The deck surface is weather resistant, NOT WATERPROOFED, but can withstand moisture on an intermittent basis. It was not designed to be used as a permanent installation where it is exposed to harsh elements all year round.
Yes, we use plywood panels, but from forests that are responsibly managed.
That’s why the panels we use to make our platforms at GUIL have the FSC stamp (Forest Stewardship Council), which guarantees that the wood comes from sustainable forestry, giving the consumer the option to choose responsibly.
Thanks to their weather resistant birch panel and their aluminium legs and framework, TM300 decks are the best option for both indoor and outdoor events. These features together with its multifunctional profile, which allows a fast and easy attachment of all kinds of accessories, its reinforced leg sockets and its great flexibility in set design, make these platforms the best option for those applications which require a lightweight load capacity and a quick and easy set-up and disassembly.
Our decks do not require under-panel reinforcing crossbars, as their components guarantee maximum safety (reinforced frame profile, BIRCH PLYWOOD (15 mm THICK) and fastening methods and components); exceeding the required load by the mentioned standards during the load tests carried out.

TM300 Deck has a heavy-duty frame made with a 94 mm special profile of high strength extruded aluminium (EN AW 6063 80-T6 Alloy) with 4 internal reinforcing nerves.
Its multifunctional continuous rail design guarantees a quick and easy platform connection, allowing easy attachment of a wide range of accessories: access stairs, safety handrails, stage skirting, temporary grandstand seats etc. etc.
The plywood panel is secured to the frame structure by means of strong adhesive foam, stainless steel screws and silicone, which prevent possible noises and vibrations, at the same time contributing to the overall weather resistance of the deck.

Each leg socket, made in high strength extruded aluminium, is secured to the profiles by means of 4 M8 bolts and self-locking hex nuts; guaranteeing maximum strength and durability.
The leg sockets come with a special reinforcing protective piece that has a double utility:
- It prevents frame damage and noise when the deck is placed directly on the ground (without legs)
- It prevents scratching of the deck surface when they are stacked one on top of the other for storage or transportation.
The legs are easily and quickly fastened into the sockets in the frame with a pressure wedge that is tightened by an ergonomic metal knob; guaranteeing a secure and strong connection.
Our decks do not require under-panel reinforcing crossbars, as their components guarantee maximum safety (reinforced frame profile, 100% birch plywood and fastening methods and components); exceeding the required load by the mentioned standards during the load tests carried out.

Its telescopic design offers different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.) in a quick, easy and reliable way.
The legs have an external profile with four 4mm internal nerves and an internal profile with 9 internal nerve walls.
The leg height is blocked with a double locking system. Once the desired height is achieved the leg is secured with a metallic pressure knob, then, as an added safety measure legs are blocked with an M10 nut and bolt, firmly locking the legs in position.

Ref. PTA5-D TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH LEVELLER
Telescopic legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and a leveller with M12 stainless steel rod and blocking nuts.
The leveller come with a foot pad injected with special industrial, non-marring, non-skid rubber ensuring a perfect grip to any surface and prevents damage to delicate flooring (parquet, laminate, etc.).
Its telescopic system allows different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.)
The legs have an external profile with four 4mm internal nerves and an internal profile with 9 internal nerve walls.

Telescopic legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and are adjustable using a locking pin and leveller with M12 stainless steel rod and blocking nuts.
The leveller come with a foot pad injected with special industrial, non-marring, non-skid rubber ensuring a perfect grip to any surface and prevents damage to delicate flooring (parquet, laminate, etc.).
Its telescopic system allows different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.)

The leg height is blocked with a steel locking pin and metallic knob (ergonomic design), guaranteeing that the legs are locked in position at the desired height Finer height adjustment is made using the stainless steel M12 leveller, which is screwed into a stainless steel receiver in the leg (not directly into the leg profile).
Ref. PTA5-R • TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH A HINGE TO MAKE AN ANGLE
Telescopic legs are manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium, have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and special non-skid rubber terminals secured to the leg with two screws.
Its special design allows you to adjust the angle of the leg for it to be used in set-ups on slopes or to make ramps. The angle is adjusted and secured according to your requirements.
Its telescopic system allows different heights with just one set of legs (adjustable millimetre by millimetre) and ensures a perfectly levelled stage when setting up on uneven surfaces (ramps, stairs, outdoor terrain, etc.)

Fixed height legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and four 4mm internal nerves. The legs have a special non-skid injected rubber terminals ensuring a perfect fit to any surface.
Note: When we specify the height of the legs, the height given is of the stage: from the floor to the top surface of the platform.
Ref. PTA5-N • FIXED HEIGHT LEGS WITH LEVELLER
Fixed height legs manufactured with high strength extruded aluminium that have an external square profile of 50 x 50 mm and four 4mm internal nerves.
These legs have a leveller with M12 stainless steel rod and blocking nuts, which allows us to adjust the height by 5cm, guaranteeing durability and a perfect adjustment on slightly uneven ground.
Note: When we specify the height of the legs, the height given is of the stage: from the floor to the top surface of the platform.
The leveller come with a foot pad injected with special industrial, non-marring, non-skid rubber ensuring a perfect grip to any surface and prevents damage to delicate flooring (parquet, laminate, etc.).
Connectors that guarantee maximum safety for your set-ups:
TMU-01 Profile connector: Quick joining system for platforms TM440, TM440XL, TM440XXL, TM300 and TM441 which connects the platforms by their profiles (rail). The TMU-01 connector, made with injection moulded metal with a zinc plated finish, is designed to join together platforms set up at the same height.
The profile connector and leveller is a useful component as it guarantees that the platforms are held seamlessly together and are perfectly levelled.
TMU-02 Frame clamp connector (stainless steel): Connects decks by the underside of the frames, reinforcing the stability of the entire stage.
TMU-04 Leg-to-leg clamp connector (stainless steel): Connects platforms by two legs guaranteeing a firm platform set-up.
Note: For every 4 telescopic 70-120cm or higher legs ordered, one stainless steel leg-to-leg clamp connector Ref. TMU-04 is also included.
