Motorised stage platform, 2m x 1m, with electric motor fitted to raise the platform to a height of 150 cm. Deck equipped with 4 fixed-length legs and 4 150 mm-diameter swivel wheels with brakes.
From a minimum working height of 46 cm, the electric hoist can lift the platform to a maximum height of 150 cm. The 150mm wheels can be fitted to the bottom frame to move the platform to where it will be used, where the legs will be fitted instead of the wheels for perfect stability.

A unique Event requires unique and impressive staging, and our motorised stage deck is one of the best ways to achieve this result!
The TM500 motorised stage platform provides a unique touch to stage events, adding dramatic effect in a play or concert. A wireless remote control (supplied) operates the electric motor to raise a platform above the level of the rest, and lower it again when required.
Raising the platform: The electric motor allows a total weight of 250 kg (evenly distributed on the platform) to be lifted to a maximum height of 150cm. The hoist is operated by a remote control supplied with the platform.
The electric hoist stops lifting or lowering the platform when the remote control operating buttons are not being pressed, and the platform is then blocked in position. This allows the platform to be stopped at any height between 46cm and 150cm, as required in each use.
Automatic stop: The platform is equipped with limit switches, which cut off the power to the hoist both going up and going down. When the platform reaches its maximum or minimum height, the power of the hoist is cut off, the platform is blocked in place, and the motor of the hoist will not continue to try to raise or lower it.
Shock absorbing blocks: The platform is fitted with four large Silentblocks at the corners of the lower frame, which absorb vibration, cushion the platform as it descends, and protect any person or object on the platform.
TM500 Motorised stage platform has a heavy-duty frame made with high strength extruded aluminium (EN AW 6063 80-T6 Alloy), ensuring a strong structure that is also light and portable. The upper frame, made with a 15mm-thick 100% birch plywood panel, has a continuous rail design which allows safety rails or chair-stops to be fitted.
The height of the stage is infinitely adjustable between 46 cm and 150 cm height, thanks to its remote control (included with each platform).
The base is fitted with 4 fixed-length legs and 4 large swivel wheels with brakes for easy, convenient transportation.

The TM500 platform comes complete with:
- Four fixed legs for a minimum platform height, of 46 cm. The 50×50 mm legs, with rounded corners, are made of reinforced aluminium and equipped with an anti-slip rubber foot, which prevents movement and guarantees a perfect grip on all kinds of surface.
- Four swivelling ø150 mm wheels with brakes, ensuring that the platform can be moved smoothly and easily. The minimum platform height with the wheels is the same as with the legs, at 46 cm.
The legs and the wheels are supplied in two heavy-duty nylon bags, for easy transportation and storage.
TM500 Motorized decks have a 15 mm-thick weather resistant panel, made of maximum quality 100% birch plywood. The panel has a non-slip surface finish with a wire mesh pattern printed with a hot pressing process and is composed of 11 layers; each layer is coated with phenolic resin, making them resistant to bad weather conditions and humidity (WBP).
The panel is treated to be water and fire resistant, as well as to protect it against commonly used chemicals; features that guarantee the highest resistance and durability for both indoor and outdoor use. To make this panel even longer lasting, all its edges have been sealed with black acrylic paint and silicone to prevent water infiltration.
The plywood we use, made SOLELY from 100% birch wood, is specially designed for those applications where high wear resistance and good non-slip properties are required. The composition and density of the plywood make our panels very compact and sturdy.
The birch panel used meets the requirements of the following standards:
- Phenolic plywood panel according to: EN 13986
- Reaction to fire: Classification: B-s1 (According to norm: EN 13501-1)
- Non-slip surface: R13 Class (According to norm: DIN 51130)
- Use class 3 (external use): According to EN 636-3
- Weather resistant phenolic resin: Class 3 (According to EN 314-2)
- Environment: Certificate PEFC
