What warranty does GUIL offer for its products?
All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 36 months from the invoice date. The warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts and labor. GUIL will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any damages of any kind that may result from improper use or normal wear and tear of the product, as well as for products that have been modified by the customer.

Can I visit GUIL?
We will be happy to welcome you to our factory. Please note that it is necessary to schedule an appointment with our Commercial Department technicians. You can find the location and our hours in the Contact section of our website.
How can I request a quote?
You have several options:

In addition to our factory, we have a 5,000 m2 warehouse to provide efficient service to our clients and distributors. Most of our products are available immediately, although availability naturally depends on the quantity requested. The average preparation time for an order destined for mainland Spain ranges between 2 and 5 days.
What is the delivery time for the products?
This depends on the delivery location, the order volume, and the shipping company. Please check with your sales representative or distributor for the delivery time of your order.
How can I become a GUIL distributor?
If you wish to become a GUIL distributor, contact our Head Office through the contact form for GUIL Distributors.
Where can I find additional information about a product?
On each product page, you can download related documents (under the “Downloads” tab), such as technical sheets, user manuals, certificates, etc.
You can access the product page in two ways:
- through the search bar on our website, located in the top right corner
- through the “Products” section, browsing the different product families and subfamilies.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for on the website, do not hesitate to contact our Commercial Department.
How do I request a replacement for a product?
To request a replacement or to send a tower for its periodic maintenance, you need to contact the representative/distributor through whom you purchased the product, who will handle the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. You can also contact our technical service, where we will be happy to assist you.
Does GUIL rent the equipment it manufactures?
No, at GUIL we manufacture and sell; we do not offer equipment for rent.

How do I register in GUIL’s client area?
- Go to the GUIL website and enter the ‘My Client Area’ section.
- Select: Register by clicking here
- Fill out the form.
- Click the “Create User Account” button.
Once the registration process is complete, you will receive an email indicating that your registration is pending approval. Finally, within 24–72 hours, we will send you an email confirming that your registration with GUIL has been approved, allowing you to access the client area.
Important: The client area is available only for distributors and companies in the sector that have already made purchases and are therefore existing GUIL clients.

How do I unsubscribe from GUIL’s client area?
If you wish to request unsubscription from the ‘My Client Area’ service of GUIL, simply send an email to info@guil.es and indicate “Unsubscribe from the client area” in the subject line.
Can I request custom or special products?
Yes, of course. GUIL manufactures and supplies a wide range of standard products, and we can also design and produce custom products. For example, platforms with special dimensions or shapes, trusses of different lengths or finishes, towers of varying heights and load capacities.

GUIL manufactures all the products it supplies and provides replacement parts for them. To request a replacement, it is essential to send an email to info@guil.es specifying the component you need.
Does GUIL have a suggestion box?
At GUIL, we are always open to suggestions from our distributors and clients. You can send us an email at marketing@guil.es: your ideas, advice, and feedback are always welcome!
Do GUIL products come with a certificate?
Of course, all products manufactured by GUIL come with a certificate of conformity. For most of our products, these certificates are provided with the user manual along with the shipped materials. If you have misplaced the certificate for one of our products, do not hesitate to contact GUIL.
Platforms and Stages – Barriers
Is it possible to customize an event platform?
Absolutely! GUIL, as a manufacturer, adapts to the needs of its clients. Almost everything about a platform can be customized: dimensions, shape, color, different finishes… Challenge us, and we will surprise you!
Can I use the platforms outdoors?
Yes, of course. All our platforms are designed and certified for outdoor use. For more information, please refer to the user manual.
Can I create custom shapes?
Yes, no problem. We can manufacture all kinds of shapes, including rectangular, triangular, and trapezoidal platforms, even recessed platforms to accommodate, for example, a column.
Why don’t GUIL platforms have a reinforcement bar?
Because they don’t need one! Their components ensure maximum safety (reinforced profile, 21 mm birch wood, and fastening elements), exceeding the load requirements established in the regulations during DEKRA testing.
Do my platform orders take long to be shipped?
Our platform manufacturing department will surprise you with how fast it can be. One of GUIL’s main priorities is to provide the quickest and most efficient service possible, and we assure you that your platform orders will be prepared in days, or even hours…
Can I customize my platforms, risers, and DJ tables?
Of course. For example, we can paint the aluminum frames and legs in your corporate color. We can also manufacture special dimensions to meet the requirements of a specific project.
Towers for Sound, Lighting, and LED
Which tower is right for me?
At GUIL, we manufacture more than 50 models of lifting towers. Depending on the intended use, the load, and the height to be lifted, we can offer versions ranging from 80 kg to 1000 kg. Contact our Commercial Department for personalized advice.
Which structure is most suitable for my LED screen?
We manufacture LED structures in different sizes and for various loads. Contact our Commercial Department for personalized advice.
Are the towers supplied with all the components?
Yes, we manufacture and sell the product fully assembled, ready for use.
Trusses – Rigging
Can I request painted trusses?
Of course! We can paint the trusses to match your projects.
What pipe diameters are your jaws designed for?
We manufacture more than 50 different models for tubes ranging from 30 mm to 70 mm in diameter. You can view the full range by clicking here.
Are the trusses supplied with connectors?
GUIL always ships trusses complete with their connectors, ready for use.
Do you have any product for suspending a load from the ceiling?
Yes, we manufacture a beam clamp with a load capacity of 2000 kg. You can view the technical data sheet by clicking here.
I set up tents and need a clamp to hold sound and lighting equipment. Do you manufacture anything like this?
Yes, we have developed two models of adjustable clamps that can be fixed both horizontally and vertically to the beams and pillars of tents. You can view them by clicking here.
Supports for audiovisual and sound equipment – Catenaries
Can you customize the TV mounts?
Of course, we are manufacturers. We can develop the model you need (different heights and colors). Within our standard range, we produce mobile TV mounts for screens up to 80”.
Can I use the stanchion posts outdoors?
Of course. Our catenaries are made of stainless steel and can be used both indoors and in protected outdoor environments.
Can I convert a GUIL belt post into a rope bollard?
Yes! This is one of the features that sets our posts apart from others on the market. The top of our catenaries is detachable and interchangeable, easily transforming a belt post into a rope bollard, and vice versa!
If the tube or any component gets damaged, do I have to buy a new one?
No, just tell us which replacement you need and we will send you a new one to provide a more cost-effective solution. Thanks to our special design, you can request any of the parts individually (base, pole, top) — you won’t have to buy a new post!

Can I customize a music stand?
Of course, our slogan has always been and continues to be: GUIL, The Support of Music. Our projects department is always ready to consider customizations for your stands, such as a taller or shorter music stand for someone with special needs, or a different color to meet brand requirements.
Can I customize a choir riser?
Yes, no problem. We manufacture straight choir risers and curved risers, but as manufacturers we can design special risers and customize all the materials to meet the needs of the choir members and the spaces where they are installed.
Do the conductor’s platforms have safety railings, and can they be made in different heights and sizes?
We manufacture 4 standard models of conductor podiums, all with safety railings. Because for GUIL, safety comes first! Different heights and sizes? Of course, we can make them for you.
