With GUIL’s lifters, many jobs require less workers, while other jobs can be done more quickly and efficiently. This increased productivity means contracts can be finished more quickly, and new ones started earlier.
GUIL’s TORO models are 2 lifters in 1, useable as a standard material lifter or as a counterweight model. As a counterbalance lifter, with the legs behind the mast, the TORO is perfect to install windows, or other elements attached to the walls – and can quickly and easily (in just 3 minutes) be converted back to a standard lifter for other jobs by placing the legs in front of the mast again.
SAFETY & QUALITY
GUIL manufacture quality lifters, devices where there can be no quality without safety. Our TORO B-, C- and D-range machines are equipped as standard with side stabiliser legs, which, like the extendible base legs, are complete with levelling mechanisms. Perfect stability straight out of the box.
Our emphasis on safety leads us to incorporate measures such as auto-brake winches, masts with emergency brake systems and our own mast unblocking mechanisms, so that GUIL machines can be used to lift panels, beams, windows and many other items with total confidence.

Our lifters are light, compact devices, easily transported in a van or even, in the case of ELC lifters, in a car boot. TORO machines are fitted as standard with wheels for transportation in either vertical or horizontal position and for loading in vehicles, and can therefore be easily taken from one floor to another to do a job.
The stowed height of our lifters ranges from 1.35m to 1.99m, enabling each user to choose a more compact version to reach reduced workspaces without problems, and for easier transportation if they require it.
WIDE RANGE
GUIL’s wide range of lifting devices, with maximum loads from 85 kg to 440 kg in weight, and a maximum lifting height of 8 metres, offer a device for any lifting job on a construction site.
When combined with the choice of attachments for different jobs (load platforms, fork extensions, boom arms and hooks, cylindrical load attachments), you will find our lifters to be the ideal companion to lift and install all manner of items on any worksite.
