The heavy work required to lift and position these wood or metal items can be done much more easily and efficiently with a GUIL lifter than by manual labour. The parts are held safely at the necessary height by the lifter, rather than by installers on ladders, and can be fixed in place with minimum effort, requiring less hours to do the job.
In many such jobs, the installers need to use a counterbalance lifter to get close to walls or similar surfaces, and for this, GUIL’s unique 2-in-1 lifters are invaluable. Our TORO B-, C- and D-range lifters can all be set up as standard or as counterweight machines, simply by fitting the legs in front of or behind the base. The conversion from one version to the other takes literally just 3 minutes. Speed and ease of work mean increased safety, efficiency and productivity.

Safety and quality are inextricably linked with GUIL material lifters, which can be holding loads of over 400kg at a height of over 6 metres. The side stabiliser legs and the extendible legs on the base, fitted as standard on all GUIL’s TORO B-, C- and D-range lifters, are equipped with levelling jacks to ensure perfect stability at work.
Other safety measures included as the norm in these models include auto-brake winches, masts with emergency brake systems and our own mast unblocking mechanisms. Using GUIL lifters with these features, assemblers can lift and hold large, heavy or awkward wood or metal objects with complete assurance.

GUIL’s TORO lifters are light and compact, with even a TORO D-405/C, capable of lifting 350kg to a height of 6 metres, being only 161cm high when stowed. They can be transported in a van, and are equipped with wheels specifically for their transportation in either horizontal or vertical position.
The TORO B-, C- and D-ranges all offer lifters with two different stowed heights, allowing the installer to choose the height which suits them best.
WIDE RANGE OF LIFTERS & ADAPTORS
The range of items that can be manufactured in wood or metal means that there must also be a wide variety of lifters to satisfy the many manufacturers who need to install their products, and in this aspect, too, GUIL is able to provide what the assemblers need. The maximum load capacities of our TORO devices go from 250kg to 440kg, with maximum lifting heights of 4.00 metres to 8.00 metres.
