Adaptor specifically designed to lift awnings and cylindrical objects with our ELC lifters.
The BC-11 adaptor consists of a load-platform with two detachable arms which are designed to hold cylindrical items. As well as an awning lifter, it can be used as a normal platform just by detaching the cradle arms.
GUIL’s lifters have a compact footprint, which allows them to work in tight spaces such as balconies, making the lifter and the BC-11 platform the perfect combination for awning installation.

DIMENSIONS & MATERIALS: The BC-11 awning adaptor is made from steel and has an anti-scratch EPOXY paint finish to protect it from scratches and from the elements during outdoor work.

Note: By placing this load tray on top of the ELC material lifts you will gain 40 mm in height.

AWNING CRADLE & LOAD PLATFORM for ELC material lifts
The awning platform has been designed to hold and lift awnings and also cylindrical objects. The load is held by two steel arms covered with tough plastic tubing to avoid scratching the awning. The arms are attached to a rectangular load platform, also made of steel, and are tightened with a metallic ergonomic knob.
> Versatile – also a load-tray
The BC-11 is both an awning lifter and an 80*40cm rectangular load tray – 2 adaptors in 1. By removing the arms, and fastening them on the underside of the platform, the awning cradle is transformed into a load-tray to lift loads of other shapes, making the adaptor a multi-use tool to lift awnings, cylindrical items, and many other objects. Removing the arms is quick and easy, and can be done without taking the adaptor off the lifter, meaning minimum time lost.
> Not just for installation
Your ELC awning lifter starts to help even before you’re on the upper floor (the balcony, terrace, etc) to install the awning. It will lift the awning itself up to the balcony – it’s often difficult to take a long awning up the stairs – and then, as a load-tray, your tools and other items as well.
> Compact design for transport and storage
For transport and storage, the knob can be loosened to swivel the arms towards the centre of the platform to occupy less space in vans, store-rooms, etc, and to make the BC-11 more convenient to transport.
